Dr. David Andrews has been in practice for 26 years. He is a member of the Tennessee Dental Society, American Dental Society and the Sixth District Dental Society. Past member of the American Ortho Society, American Academy of Oral Medicine (certificate of Merit.) Graduate of Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study. Selected by Consumer Research Council as American top Dentist in 2003-2004. The Tennessee Dental Association awarded him an Educational Certificate of Excellence for exceeding required continuing eduction requirements.

Dr. Andrews graduated from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, in 1980 with honors as valedictorian of his class. He worked his way through high school, college and dental school at H.G. Hills Company where he distinquished himself for being the only part time employee to ever be a part of management. He was honored to be of "Omicron Kappa Upsilon" inducted into the National Dental Honor Fraternity. In his junior year of dental college he was invited to M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston, Texas where he had and externship in maxilla facial prosthodontics and oral cancer.

Has been active in the community serving as President of the Lion's Club in Collinwood, Tennessee, Charter President of the Clifton Tennessee Rotary Club, Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and President of Wayne County Tourism Board where he served for 10 years. In addition Dr. Andrews raised three children.
